Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported to the landlord in writing, by e-mail. The tenant must ensure that his cancellation has actually been received by the landlord in a timely manner.
Payments due by the tenant to the landlord in the event of cancellation are as follows;
In case of cancellation up to 49 days (7 weeks) before the day of arrival;
30% of the total rental amount as stated in the Rental Agreement.
In case of cancellation from the 49th day up to 35 days (5 weeks) before the day of arrival;
60% of the total rental amount as stated in the Rental Agreement.
In case of cancellation from the 35th day up to 7 days (1 week) before the day of arrival;
90% of the total rental amount as stated in the Rental Agreement.
In case of cancellation from the 7th day until the day of arrival or later;
100% of the total rental amount as stated in the Rental Agreement.
